provide opportunities to gain valuable professional experience and develop an

International exchange programmes enable you to prove your ability to adapt and

Exchange programmes are organised within the UK, Ireland, Europe,
Middle East, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and the USA.

Health, Fitness, Sport and Leisure employers committed to
"Continuous Performance Improvement" may nominate staff for international
exchange programmes

|
Staff wishing to gain international experience may make application
to participate in an international exchange programme
|
CareerSport will:
|
|
|
Arrange interviews with potential participants
|
|
Organise exchange programmes of 3/6/9/12 months duration
|
|
Manage the programme throughout to ensure a meaningful experience
|
|
Provide the pre-programme training and post-programme evaluation
|
|
Accreditation will be determined by the achievement of performance
competencies
|
