This February / March we have many of our amazing courses starting so keep an eye on here PLUS on our Facebook Page where we will be keeping you updated about courses, dates & venues!

Courses Will Include;
Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy
This course will teach you many skills, including individual client assessment, massage, soft tissue techniques and post treatment advice to manage and rehabilitate.
Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing & Personal Training
This course will train you to a professionally competent level, developing your skills & knowledge, enabling you to prescribe, plan and deliver safe and effective exercise programmes for your clients.
Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing Children & Young People
This qualification allows you to train to a professionally competent level, enabling you to prescribe, plan and deliver safe & effective exercise programmes within a gym or health club environment for children aged 5-11 & 11-15.
Group Indoor Cycling
Learn the techniques and moves to create a fun, stimulating, motivating and physically challenging programme.
Instructing Circuits
To train those who already have knowledge and skills in a gym or exercise to music instruction, to a professionally competent level to plan and deliver safe and affecting circuit training sessions.
Instructing Kettlebells
To train those who already have knowledge and skills in a fitness instruction to a professionally competent level to plan and deliver safe and effective kettlebell exercises and training sessions.
Boxercise
This course is designed to equip you with a new skill that you can use to complement your existing expertise or specialise in boxing related training.
Sport & Fitness Related First Aid
This First Aid course will give you the necessary knowledge to arrange equipment and call for the Emergency Services when and if required! Take some time to learn First Aid & CPR. It SAVES lives.
